This is short series when I try to explain how to can fruit. This year I had a lot of tomatoes and I didn't want them to go bad. I've already gave a lot to my friends and family and still some left over. I've been wanting to learn to can food, so I can be more sustainable and independent hoping some day I can grow my own food.
